Marine Rescue stations KNRM Paal 8 and West Terschelling open their doors during a special lifeboat day. Lifeguard stations along the North Sea coast and IJsselmeer will open their doors to the public. Get to know the rescue work, the volunteers and the equipment of the KNRM.
KNRM rescue stations throughout the country have a fun program for young and old, ready to give visitors an idea of the special rescue work. Have a look at the boats, talk to lifeguards about their volunteer work and watch spectacular demonstrations, tours, films and activities for children.
