Chamber choir Sixteen Wad led by Wim van Herk sings music by North American composers: Copland, Glass, Barber, Ives, Gershwin, Whitacre and Williams. And, of course, some negro spirituals!

Kamerkoor Zestien Wad is a project choir of experienced singers from all over the Netherlands, founded in 2001 on Vlieland. The choir gives an annual concert on a different Wadden Island each year, this time on Terschelling! Conductor Wim van Herk is a jack of all trades: very experienced choral and orchestral conductor, but also a light music pianist. So it promises to be a great evening. Are you coming to listen?
